With her warm and friendly personality, she listened carefully to my needs and sought out apartments which would have been difficult, if not impossible, to find myself. She accompanied me on apartment tours – pointing out the pros and cons of each unit – and also showed me various areas of the city with suggestions on places I might like to visit, eat and drink. After helping me locate and secure a great apartment, she provided a raft of information to help me settle in, including the process of arranging utilities and other administrative tasks.
